At Beans & Bubbles, coffee is just the beginning. Established in 2024 by Basecamp Group, we set out to create more than a coffee shop — we built a quality-driven, affordable, and welcoming hangout space for the community.
We're proud to be a local coffee house — not a big franchise — with our very first location in Melissa, Texas. Our inspiration comes from the high altitudes, fresh air, and natural flavors of the mountains and Himalayas, where coffee and tea are more than drinks — they're part of life's rhythm.

The Rich History of Coffee
Ethiopian Discovery
Coffee's journey began in the ancient coffee forests of Ethiopia. Legend has it that a goat herder named Kaldi first discovered the potential of these beloved beans when he noticed that after eating the berries from a certain tree, his goats became so energetic that they did not want to sleep at night.
Global Journey
From Ethiopia, coffee spread to the Middle East in the 16th century, then to Europe, and eventually to the Americas. Each culture it touched embraced coffee and added its own traditions to its preparation and enjoyment.
